At the beginning of May I had the great honour of photographing the wedding of Hannah & Nathaniel. Having met up with them both for their pre-wedding shoot a few weeks earlier I just knew that their wedding was going to be something really special. They were married at St Andrews Hospital Chapel in Northampton and then moved onto the Hunsbury Hill Centre for their reception. Their day was full of colour, music and happiness.

The St Andrews Hospital Chapel is one of a number of buildings in Northamptonshire that was designed by Sir George Gilbert Scott and was opened in 1863.

Straight after the ceremony we headed over to Delapre Abbey to take a few formal portraits.

The evening light was particularly beautiful and ideal for some portraits.

And to round off a truly wonderful day, two of Hannah and Nathaniel’s friends entertained everyone with some great music.

All the very best to Hannah and Nathaniel!

Wow. Your work is so very beautiful. Love your treatment of black and whites. The ones of the couple against the wall with the arch on it are SOOOOO AMAZING! Keep up the great work!
