Rushton Hall in Northamptonshire is one of the premier wedding venues in the county. It’s always an absolute joy to photograph there. Even more so when you have an awesome couple surrounded fantastic friends and family. Jess and Bex married at Rushton Hall at the beginning of March in 2022. It was my first wedding of the year and the beginning of a super busy wedding season. This wedding kicked off the year with plenty of style and tonnes of energy.
Jess and Bex had assembled some of the very best wedding suppliers for their big day. These included my buddy Toby from Neon Trifle Film and Sarah Evans on make-up duty. The most stunning floral displays and bouquets by Julie Anna Flowers. Music played during the ceremony and drinks reception by the incredibly talented harpist Ruth Lee. And for the evening dancing and partying the music came courtesy of Jackstar Wedding DJ.
It was quite difficult limiting the number of my favourite photos from the day. Particularly from the portraits of Jess & Bex. We really did strike it lucky with the light for the time of year. Jess & Bex were amazing at letting me whisk them away from their guests during the wedding breakfast. When you’ve chosen a venue like Rushton Hall it would be a real shame to not make the most of the beautiful gardens and grounds. Particularly when the light just before sunset was as amazing as we had on the day. There’s a few portraits from this session dotted about in the photos below.
