Danielle and Mark’s wedding day was incredible…! They married at the end of June at Crockwell Farm deep in the Northamptonshire countryside. This was the first time I’d photographed at the venue which offers such a great mix of backdrops for photography.
Danielle chose a stunning Pronovias dress and was exceptionally excited with her Jimmy Choos
Mark arrived in their new VW Camper named Missy
Danielle and Mark’s daughter Ella was such a little star on the day.
Not every wedding venue has a set of shipping containers on site and I just couldn’t resist taking a few formal portraits in front of them to contrast with the beautifully landscaped gardens.
The speeches at weddings is one of my favourite parts of the day. A real mix of heart felt emotion mixed in with some really funny stories about how couples met, and those all important embarrassing stories about the bride and groom growing up. These particular speeches did not disappoint. Ella, the Father of the Bride and Danielle’s grandfather wrote and sang a song with Ella pretty much bringing every guest to tears at how cute she sang. As for the Groom and Best Man speeches, well I reckon they should both do a stand-up comedy act – they had everyone in stitches!
We’re back to those shipping containers.
The evening entertainment came courtesy of local band Them’s The Brakes. They certainly had everyone rocking out on the dance floor.
Many congratulations to Danielle and Mark – it was such a fun wedding to photograph, I loved every minute of it.
