Cambridgeshire Wedding – Hannah & Ashley

This is the Cambridgeshire wedding of Hannah & Ashley from last summer. Their wedding day took place on Hannah’s parent’s farm in the Cambridgeshire village of Coppingford. I’d previously explored the farm with Hannah & Ashley on their pre-wedding shoot and knew then that it was going to be an awesome and fun location for photos.  It didn’t disappoint.  Bridal prep took place in the morning on the farm with the marriage ceremony taking place at All Saints Church just down the road in the village of Hamerton. Despite a downpour of rain at the most inconvenient time (literally just as the ceremony ended and everybody exited the church) guest were able to hold fire and give right downpour of confetti for the new Mr and Mrs.

Once that short burst of rain was over we were lucky enough to have the most glorious of sunny summer afternoons.  Clear blue skies to accompany Hannah & Ashley’s love of The Posh with the flag of Peterborough United Football Club flying high at the marquee.  The Posh references didn’t end with just the flag. Each table in the marquee was named after favourite Posh players from past and present.

For the evening the entertainment was provided by The Dukes of Havoc, a band whom I’ve had the pleasure of seeing and hearing now at many weddings over the past few years and always do a great job at getting the party going.  Here are a few favourite images from Hannah & Ashley’s wedding day.  And… if you’re planning your own Cambridgeshire Wedding then please do get in touch – would love to hear from you.
