It was great to be back photographing weddings after such a long time. And a little bit like waiting for bus , I had none for ages and then two on the same weekend. Following on from the wedding of Ify & James I then had the pleasure to photograph the wedding ceremony for Amy & Kenny. They were originally meant to get married in May 2020 but due to the first lockdown it was postponed a year. Sadly, due to the third lockdown they were forced to postpone yet again until June of 2022. But, they didn’t want to wait until then to seal the deal and actually get married. So, they assembled their nearest and dearest at the Royal Theatre & Opera House in Northampton to witness them get married under the strict Covid19 restrictions. At this time that meant no more than 15 could be present.
Below are a few photos from the couple of hours that I spent with them in the afternoon. Really looking forward to capturing the wedding day next year where they’ll be able to properly celebrate getting married and have a great party.
